Great blog. bcToolkit is an extra for Basecamp from 37signals who as I am sure you know based in Chicago. My question is in your experience do many Lawyers use Basecamp that you know of. We at bcToolkit are wondering whether it would be a good market for us? bcToolkit allows Basecamp users to create budgets for projects and todos and then compare and analyse actual time posted to a project against the budget. It also allows Basecampo users to categorise their todos, for example billable and pro bono.

You can look into Bob Ambrogi’s Law Sites and anything from Dennis Kennedy for starters. Check out the ABA’s “Blawg 100″ list (Technology category) for still more. There are many to choose from – just none as good as Practicehacker.
